Glenside Ecological Services Limited is a Canadian based consulting firm operating both in Canada and Internationally. Formed as a consortium of experienced field biologists, Glenside has a mandate to conduct rigorous studies in the field of wildlife ecology, and to provide clients with consulting services of the highest possible quality.

Ecological Assessment and Management: Using advanced sampling techniques, appropriate field data are collected and analyzed to assess habitats, communities, populations and behaviours. Species at Risk inventories and habitat assessments are conducted. Management plans are developed to meet specific ecological objectives.
Environmental Site Assessment: Scoped and comprehensive field studies are tailored to effectively and efficiently address the objectives, in both terrestrial and aquatic environments. Impacts of proposed development are assessed and effective mitigation or site plan alteration is recommended.
Forest Management: Managed forest plans are developed that are realistic, achievable and custom designed to specifically meet the individual landowners objectives, while at the same time ensuring the maintenance or enhancement of a healthy forest.
Database Design and Data Management: Data synthesis and summarization, development of secure and user-friendly relational databases and analysis of complex datasets.
Geographical Information System Mapping: Integration of GPS/GIS data, Species at Risk habitat modelling, wetland complexing, production of accurate and informative maps, geospatial analysis and manipulation of Ontario base data.
Education/Facilitation: Delivery and development of educational programs, workshop facilitation.
Report Writing: Concise, professional reports are prepared and data displayed in graphical, tabular and cartographical format.
